For Mentees
Mentees are RMIT students who want career advice to be successful and to potentially grow in their careers especially in Europe. Mentees can strengthen their professional networks, develop skills and gain the confidence to excel while undertaking their Global Experience in Europe.
For Mentors
Mentors based across Europe share their knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of industry professionals. Participants have the opportunity to understand each others’ career aspirations and attitudes.
